'Ofrecieron estacionamiento el cual no existe. La calle no es propiedad privada. Ofrecer estacionar al frente en la calle no es tener estacionamiento disponible. La presión de la ducha fue como balance con un vaso. De todo lo demás fue excelente'

'Punto a favor es la cercanía al centro del pueblo de Ponce . En contra , se anuncian con piscina y no la tienen disponible, por cierto ese fue el factor clave para que lo tomara ; necesita mantenimiento, cucarachas , el aire acondicionado estaba derramando agua . Si tienes problemas de movilidad el dormitorio está subiendo una angosta escalera en espiral , no tiene ventanas al exterior y en el interior se escucha todo el ruido exterior.'
