All-inclusive hotels in Puerto Rico Island

'Rooms are not very big, but they are clean. Being at the airport means you can hear planes the whole day. We stayed two nights a week apart and had issues with the water on both occasions. The water in the shower was too hot, also the shower handle came loose. Our arrival was after 11 pm once and we left at 3 am the second time, both were no trouble at all. The hotel is right at the airport and very convenient for late arrivals and early departures. I would recommend this hotel gor this reason...

'Was beautiful property clean ! Rooms are big with full kitchen . Only down fall is the beaches on this side of island are not safe to swim . Rip currents are dangerous . Other than that beautiful !'

'Everything was good. The pool was great. Check in and out was quick. Except the housekeeping staff like always. Same as the one in FLL. Never on point. I found a sign “ Later Would be better” hanging at my door since day 1. They never come back to clean my room or checked if I needed anything, and the sign was left there the all time. I had to chase housekeepers in the hallway for clean towels and water. Not the level of service I expected. I hope the hotel improves communications and ensures...
