Cruises in St. Thomas

'Hotel is verouderd en heeft dringed onderhoud nodig, zwembad is klein en ook verouderd. Restaurant is goed eten ok. Geen lift dus met zware koffer een hele toer om boven te komen als je niet op de eerste verdieping zit. 2 nachten meer dan genoeg om hier te verblijven. Heeft 3 sterren maar 2 sterren zou meer dan genoeg zijn'

'Over all our stay was decent, the shower is MESSED up. One day you shower and the water gets boiling hot every 30 seconds to where you gotta get out. then the next day it wouldn’t even get hot. Between the 2 of us 6 of our showers were ice cold. The cafe they advertise was never opened. The staff was great. Except there’s no do not disturb signs so even when we asked for no service they still came in. Balcony and view was nice.'

'Good stay. Some staff super helpful, others didn't want to be bothered. Free breakfast was delicious but couldn't be enjoyed in the privacy of our room. I may book again. The property was beautiful'

'So friendly.. GREAT location (really close to town) If you are looking for an alternative to the big resorts, this is it.'

'Real great for solo trips. Kind staff. The room was clean. The hotel is gate and safe for solo travellers. Although I did not personally get in the pool it was well kept and clean as well. Just be prepared to share a bathroom.'

'Prima hotel op leuke plek, enige is dat ze overdag op zondag harde muziek hebben dat had van mij niet gehoeven'

'We were unaware of power outages during a two night stay. If we had known about it at time of booking we would’ve chosen another place. The shower head was leaking big time. Very difficult having water squirting all over the place while taking a shower. Was told by management power was going to be off from 9am-3pm and it didn’t come on till 3:25 and told it would be shut off again from 5-7pm again. We went to dinner and got back to find it still not on and finally came back on 7:20 pm. The...

'It didn't have a refrigerator in side the room. 2. If you needed Ice you would have to climb 2 flight of stair. They should have one on each floor. However the staff members was willing to get it for me on to separate occasion The staff was pretty friendly if you needed somethinthey came right away. The room was pretty cool'

'Easy in and out; cleanliness; staff; parking'

'The staff was incredibly helpful'

'Excellent hotel. The staff were very helpful in many ways. The view from the balcony was of the harbor and it was amazing. Loved every minute of our stay.'

'Excellent value for the price! Leah and Norma were very kind and great with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Crystal Cove is located close to everything. Looking forward to our next trip out!'

'loved the place and the area, second time staying here at saphire beach & will definitely stay here everytime we visit ST Thomas'

'My first impression of the hotel was somewhat disappointing. Although the gentleman at the front desk was friendly, his appearance was unprofessional. His pants were worn extremely low, giving the impression that he was not wearing underwear. I expected more professionalism. On a positive note, the room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. One detail I particularly appreciated was that the sheets were not tucked excessively tightly underneath the mattress, as is often...

'Clean, private, well taken care of.'
