'Nice, clean, new place, good location to the boat harbor. Only real negative was the lack of a front desk for check in. Apparently it closes at 6pm and arrangements for later check-in need to be made before 6...in our case, due to a flight cancellation, the reservation was made after 6pm. However, once we were able to find a representative to help, she was very helpful, pleasant, and ensured we got in the room just fine.'

'Apartment was dirty, bed had used dirty linens. Checked out same day we checked in. Let the receptionist gentleman know and all he said was okay call the office. No follow up, no refund, huge loss. However, could not stay there was not what was advertised online. Do not stay here! '

'The place was spotless. Cutely decorated and has a back patio that makes you feel like you are in a private oasis in the middle of nowhere. But then, comveiently, you are not. It is a short 3 minute drive to the waterfront with lots of open bars and restaurants or 5 minutes the other direction to town, with groceries, pharmacy, etc. Great location. The host was also very kind and helpful. If we come to this area again, we would stay here again! '
