'I really liked this place and I am pretty picky. The island has lots of elevation differences. So as usual, you will climb some steps to get to rooms. Nothing unusual but if it is a problem then this place (and most others) could be a challenge. To me it’s worth it. Cool island vibe and eco conscious. Proprietor is a fountain of knowledge and advice. Treats you fairly. Definitely will stay again!!! '

'The Hideaway was in a great location away from the rest of the island. They did a great job with the landscaping and the farm was well kept. Our two bedroom cottage was great - clean and quiet. We highly recommend this place if you want to be away from the busyness of the island. '

'Hotel is verouderd en heeft dringed onderhoud nodig, zwembad is klein en ook verouderd. Restaurant is goed eten ok. Geen lift dus met zware koffer een hele toer om boven te komen als je niet op de eerste verdieping zit. 2 nachten meer dan genoeg om hier te verblijven. Heeft 3 sterren maar 2 sterren zou meer dan genoeg zijn'

'Got stuck in STT a couple of nights when flights were cancelled due to Hurricane Erin. Staff were very courteous and accommodating, even as they were at work during a Cat 5 instead of at home with their families. Parts of the island flooded and were without power, but the Emerald Beach Resort had a generator and felt very safe. The restaurant and bar were delicious, and we even got a chance to walk the beach and play in the pool after the storm passed. Conveniently located near the airport was a...
