'Great location in the midst of Old San Juan. Host was very responsive when we needed something. It really only sleeps 2 couples unless you want to sleep on a blow up mattress. Floors could use a good cleaning. '

'The property is located in residential neighborhood. It was clean, and ready for us when we got there. The owner was responsive, respectful and friendly. There could have been a few more linens: washcloths, hand towels, potholders and 'starter' condiments like coffee filters and salt/pepper/sugar. Overall, this was an affordable accommodation for our first visit to Puerto Rico. '

'The communication with host was very good. The property was clean and very well organized. Although the neighborhood did not look that good the property was very nice and close to everything I needed. It had parking and even some last minute food and drinks. I would definately stay here again. '

'It was very clean, the yard is well kept, and sitting on the back porch looking out to the mountains and watching the birds was a great experience by itself. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, the neighbors were friendly and welcomed us.'
