'Wow, my group really loved this place. Great location, lots of space, comfortable beds. Very well stocked with everything we needed - kitchen supplies, beach chairs, coolers, towels, etc. Only 2 blocks to the beach and several cafes, restaurants, and bars within a few blocks. Host communication was great and they were very accommodating both on early arrival and a slightly later checkout. Water pressure was a bit low in some bathrooms but we expected to have that issue anywhere and made sure to...

'The villa was real nice inside but the outside needed work. There's stray cats in the area and they pee and poop in the yard and on the outside furniture. The smell is pretty bad at times. We had to use towels over the outdoor couches as they were pretty stained. The outdoor loungers and chairs were real dirty too, looked like mold. The pool was pretty dirty also. Thankfully we found a skimmer to use while we were in it. They didn't have the pool skimmer open so we had to manually skim it...

'Not the expected settings, entrance is through the bathroom. Good for a 1 person night over stay. Communication through a mediator third party page was complicated but the manager or property supervisor was very easy. Easy access to the metropolitan area but also heavy traffic. Be aware, this location does not provide any toiletries so bring all hygiene necessities including bathroom tissues.'

'This was my sister’s and my first time in Puerto Rico. What an awesome experience/adventure it turned out to be. And finding this home was the icing on the cake. The sounds, the sights, pool, everything was fantastic. And Hector, the host who lives upstairs was so kind!!! Very helpful and accommodating, made us feel so welcome and not the least bit intrusive. In fact, with this place being so secluded, having him there gave us a sense of security. This is one place I would love to come back...

'We very much enjoyed our stay in Vieques. The property was clean and well maintained. The beach view was amazing. There was so much nature to enjoy at the property (daily visits from the many wild horses, huge exotic looking iguanas, and a mourning dove with her baby in a nest in a palm tree at the pool). Restaurants and stores were all in close proximity.'
