    Ontsnap naar wat onze familie de afgelopen 50 jaar bekend staat als de meest magische plek op aarde !!!! El Cocal is een Gated community van Beach Houses, weggestopt tussen de prachtige bergen en de Caribische oceaan aan de oostkust van Puerto Rico. Hier kunnen je geest, lichaam en ziel niet anders dan ontspannen en één worden met de natuur.
    Villa Mar is een gloednieuw huis met 3 slaapkamers en 2 1/2 badkamers. Slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed. 2e slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed met twee eenpersoonsbedden boven en vol aan de onderkant met een uitschuifbed. 3e slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed. Volledige keuken, woonkamer tv, dvd, iPod-station, games, films, eetkamer, grote veranda met uitzicht op de oceaan, hammac en tuinmeubilair, buitendouche en badkamer, wasmachine en droger, alle beddengoed en handdoeken, parkeerplaats voor 2 auto's , clubhuis met basketbalveld, strandstoelen, basketbal, enz .. Dicht bij snorkelen, restaurants, golf, regenwoud, Old San Juan.

Amazing property with beach and pool amenities. This was our second time staying at this location. We love it. The only drawback, which is why we choose it, is it is located on the South side of the island and distant from most tourist items.

Amazing location. The pool was perfect. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Was very thankful for ac in the bedrooms but surprised that it was only in the bedrooms. Made for some hot mornings. One thing to note is that there is only a toaster over. Not a full size oven. Overall great visit and would definitely stay again. Loved seeing the baby iguanas

The location of the property was perfect for beach goers. We traveled with 2 kids and 4 adults. Elizabeth was easy to reach with any questions.

Beautiful home, very well maintained and fully stocked with everything you need—and more—for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent and feels very safe. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean was truly a highlight. The kid-friendly pool is a huge plus. Our family had a great time—we even caught a huge fish.Our fishing spot was turn right end of the beach.Looking forward to coming back again.

The house is perfect for staying at El Cocal. It is just like the pictures. Super clean and everything works perfectly. Communication with Elizabeth was excellent and she is always willing to help. We were a family of 4 and had a lovely time, very relaxing. I can't wait to return.

We were looking for a quiet and beautiful place to spend a long weekend with friends. Elizabeth's place was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and the bedrooms and bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with enough supplies for our stay. The pool was perfect and it overlooked a beautiful coastal beach in southeastern Puerto Rico. Elizabeth was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this villa.

This is a very beautiful place, we had an amazing time, very clean and quiet. The private beach was so great and so close. It’s about an hour from San Juan and Bosque Yunque.

The hostess was very responsive. The shower handle was broken upon arrival and she had it repaired promptly. The pool has a gorgeous view and was so relaxing. The house was clean. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the pool, which has a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach is only steps away. So relaxing! Property had everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. The place was spectacular. The view, the ocean, the beach, the pool, the views,.. need I say more. The place had everything we needed. We brought plenty of food and were planning on going out some, but it was just too beautiful and relaxing to leave. The beach was perfect as part of it had large rocks in a cove to make swimming perfect for little ones and adults. It was very private and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Sitting in the pool and looking over the ocean is beyond paradise. We will be back!!! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise.
