'Goed hotel'

'We were very disappointed in the hotel. It was nothing like the pictures on the website. The pool was not very clean, there were no hand towels in the bathroom, no hot water in the shower, no breakfast, and no internet service in the Wi-Fi connection. We checked out after one night and found another hotel to stay in.'

'I waited approx 40 minutes before getting response from host. Parking was limited with the exception of a lot where you have to go over side walk with ur car with a big rock in between. Trust me you wont have an oil pan after parking. The apt. Is on top of a hill, the area doesn't appeared safe at all. After seeing location not finding a place to park, i decided to leave however i loss all my money. No refund. Host never contacted me to at least refund half of the money. A total loss and waist...

'En el momento se fue la luz toda la tarde y la noche y el afiltron no tiene la cortesia de hacer un por ciento de rembolso por el servicio de la estadia y no tiene parking frente a la propiedad. Adicional le recomiendo q publique foto correcta de la casa q ofrece el servicio afuera no lo interno, pq hay otra foto q no le corresponde..'

'Location was great across a small road to the ocean. Very clean and secure. A little tricky finding the address but the host guided us right to the house. Overall good experience '

'Punto a favor es la cercanía al centro del pueblo de Ponce . En contra , se anuncian con piscina y no la tienen disponible, por cierto ese fue el factor clave para que lo tomara ; necesita mantenimiento, cucarachas , el aire acondicionado estaba derramando agua . Si tienes problemas de movilidad el dormitorio está subiendo una angosta escalera en espiral , no tiene ventanas al exterior y en el interior se escucha todo el ruido exterior.'

'The home is lovely! Has good WiFi access, the kitchen is modern & functional! Getting here from the airport was literally a breeze after picking up our rental from the airport! Check-in took longer than expected b/c the host provided us the wrong code, he took a while to respond but eventually we got in! '

'I didnt really see any amenities but the area where is located was fantastic , everything was walking distance. Great restaurants for dinner and breakfast.'
