'The arrival at the resort was already an experience with singing and drinks. The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. ALL the staff was super friendly and helpful in all places. The restaurants were nice but very inconsistent. One day everything was great, the next day the buffet food was cold. 'Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms typical Holiday Inn which is what we needed for 1 night. Spacious, clean and comfortable! Great little restaurant very close by. Easy walk. Grocery store and pharmacy also close by and easy walk. Only complaint is bathroom light is motion activated so when you get up in the middle of the night it comes on. Bright and shocking! '

A note for North Americans - outlets are 220v so bring power adapters. A fun location to see the comings and goings of the marina, with a nice, very quiet pool. 'An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. '

'Prima hotel, al jaren op goed niveau. Wij hadden de suite en die is heel ruim, heerlijke bedden en vriendelijk personeel. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van de haven wasr je de ferry’s kunt nemen naar andere eilanden. Al jaren hetzelfde personeel zowel bij de receptie als boven in het rooftop restaurant waar se een heerlijk ontbijt serveren. Wij komen hier al 20 jaar naar tevredenheid. '
