'Drink option were good. Damien made me a drink as a substitute for the "Bayhouse Refresher" which wasn't available. The drink he made was excellent. Damien was extremely friendly. Ladies that worked at the front desk were also extremely friendly. The Hotel itself was beautiful, with the most spectacular views. The open layout is very inviting and lounge chairs were very comfortable as well. We spent time in the pool at night and enjoyed the changing colors of the water. We will definitely...

'The design of Bali Posh Hotel is very nice. The ground are maintained and look great. However the hotel is placed near a busy highway. '

'This was honestly one of the smoothest stays I’ve ever had! I got there a little early, checked in with no issues, and they gave me my keys right away. My room was on the 2nd floor with a nice balcony, and everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away. I loved the old Spanish colonial vibe of the buildings—it really added to the charm. If I ever come back to San Juan, I’m 100% staying here again!'

'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'
