'Prachtig nieuw hotel met heerlijke kamers, bedden en alle faciliteiten die je maar wenst. Ook de bedjes bij zwembad en strand zijn heerlijk. Stad is met taxi gemakkelijk te bereiken (€7/€8). Enige "minpuntje" is dat er wel een bar is en een lunchtent maar dat deze niet echt gezellig/ uitnodigend zijn. Service en staff zijn ook top!'

'We stayed 15 nights in this hotel. The hotel was very nice it was super clean everywhere! The saunas, the turkish bath, the jacuzzi, the swimming pools are all excellent and clean. The breakfast was very good only the coffee was bad because it was always luke warm only the last three days the coffee was warm but I like my coffee hot! The evening buffet was excellent the price and quality of the food was very good compare with all restaurants in the neighborhood! Only one flaw about the hotel...

'Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. We were initially very excited about this until we realized that although our room was a bit bigger than what we had booked, it only had 3 tiny little windows at awkward heights that looked directly into other guest rooms or level with the pool restaurant diners so we no view of anything and could not have the...

'Lovely place, friendly service, great healthy breakfast, good restaurant. I would advise more efficient E-bikes (which is a lovely idea) and I personally missed a gym for training in addition to yoga. We had a great stay and definitely recommend it'

'Vi tillbringade två dygn på detta härliga SPA-hotell. Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal på hela anläggningen. Bra rum, bra frukost och bara restauranger. Vi provade både brasseriet och sjurätters avsmakningsmeny med vinpaket på restaurang Mori. SPA var underbart. Det bästa vi upplevt! Stort, fräscht och mycket att välja på. Vi provade flera ritualer, något vi verkligen kan rekommendera. Vi kommer tillbaka!'

'Het hotel ligt op mooie locatie. Er is alleen in de directe omgeving niet zo veel te doen, dus als je de omgeving wilt verkennen is een huurauto wel gewenst. De zwembaden en ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn goed verzorgd. Het fitness center valt zwaar tegen. Er staan letterlijk een loopband, crosstrainer en fiets naast het binnenbad (in de vochtige chloor lucht). Bij de spa is wel een betere faciliteit maar daar durven ze daadwerkelijk 20 euro per keer voor te vragen, ronduit belachelijk! De...

'On arrival we were too early, the room was not ready yet, which is understandable. At 15:00, the check-in time, the room would definitely be ready. Back at the hotel at 15:30. Room was not finished yet. Many excuses from the hotel and they would make up to us. When the room was ready it was mentioned that we had received an upgrade. This turned out not to be the case it was room we booked. The hotel said, this is embarrassing and again excuses. Our room had no sunbeds by the pool which should be...

'We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Gran Castillo resort. Het is een heel goed hotel. De ontvangst was super, het personeel was vriendelijk en het eten was lekker. De kamers zijn ruim en goed onderhouden. Het hotel heeft verschillende gezellige adults only zones waar je rustig kan genieten en niet het idee hebt in een groot hotel te zitten. De communicatie naar de klanten kan wel beter. Tijdens ons verblijf werd het grote zwembad gerenoveerd en hiervan werden we niet op de hoogte gebracht....

'Beautiful location and appartments. However very noisy. Moving the chairs in the appartment (and in the restaurant) makes a lot of noise which you can hear in the whole building. A little felt under the chair legs could help to solve this. It certainly would increase the comfort for the guests.'
