'Clean room lots of space in the kitchen and cabinets but TV would stop working air-conditioning wouldn’t be able to be adjusted no warm water for the shower and coffee maker wasn’t working overall three or four out of 10 I would not recommend'

'Joe is a superb host--very friendly and helpful without intruding and accommodating when we unexpectedly needed a key for the cottage.The place was clean and bright and had what we needed for lots of cooking and eating there. Some rentals are sterile, and this had color and decor that made it feel warm.Our favorite feature is the little seating area outside. We enjoyed it multiple times. The one downside: the bathroom situation. Other people have mentioned it, and we dealt with it, but I didn't...

'We had a great stay at the cottage. Check in was easy. Everything was super in the house and the location was just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. It was nice to sit outside in the private backyard and enjoy a cup of coffee and take in some sunshine. Looking forward to rebooking on our next trip to Santa Barbara. '

From the pictures, I thought we were renting the front of the house, but we were actually in the addition over the garage. The location was perfect .
