'De staf verwelkomde ons op een authentieke Japanse stijl en zorgde goed voor ons. Ze spreken goed Engels, en zijn tegelijk nog heel grappig origineel Japans. Het is op slenter afstand van Ginza, de oude binnenstad.'

'Staff were the most friendly to us!! As we were heading out to explore, they went out of their way to inform us of the festival in the area and recommend some places to eat!! The baths were lovely, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the atmosphere was really authentic and comforting. Will definitely hope to be back in the future!!'
