Ryokans in Kyoto

'Als familie van 4 personen, 2 volwassenen en 2 tieners, hebben wij een prima verblijf gehad. Wij verbleven in een 4 persoonskamer met gedeelde badkamer en toilet. In de gedeelde keuken kun je alles gebruiken. De Ryokan is typisch Japans en een leuke belevenis. Prima service. Prachtige tuin. Restaurant in het hoofdgebouw. Bushalte en supermarkt op loopafstand. Met de bus 20 minuten naar Kyoto Station.'

'De staf verwelkomde ons op een authentieke Japanse stijl en zorgde goed voor ons. Ze spreken goed Engels, en zijn tegelijk nog heel grappig origineel Japans. Het is op slenter afstand van Ginza, de oude binnenstad.'

'My husband and I along with our 2 adult sons stayed in the room with the garden for 1 night (breakfast and lunch included) It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an authentic stay at a Japanese Inn. We were greeted upon with a lovely class of chilled Chai tea when we arrived and checked in. We walked the area in the afternoon as the ryokan is in a great location and were back in time for a 6:30 Kaiseki Dinner in our room. It was a delicious...
