'Excellent hotel. Courteous and prompt service. Wonderful property. Minor drawbacks are that it is quite a bit out of town, although that gives a nice 'deserty' feel to it. Internet should really be improved. It is not free (i would expect free wifi at a hotel of this level), and quite unstable (frequent relogins). However, all in all you will regret for a second staying here'

'The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty. The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits...

'Amazing stay at this property, fantastic service, clean rooms and good food which will be more like homemade food ( which we liked) and not like a restaurant style. Breakfast and dinner can be included in your stay which I recommend as this property is located a bit remote around 45 minutes from Jaisalmer.
