'Arrived after a long trip to a room that was not cleaned. Toilet was filthy. I was quickly ushered to another roomwhich haleaking toilet & bathwater was standing. Heater did not work as power went out in the night. No hot water in the morning due to power outages. Good was the music entertainment & food was nice '

'The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty. The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits...

'It has a good location, responsive tent service, a clean and comfortable room, and fast checkout. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from the city center and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. The tent design is contemporary and I like it a lot.'
