'Nice seeminly recently updated restaurant.
Beds a not super comfy and missing a light at the headboard of the bed for reading.
10 minute walk to Underground, lot of take out / oriental easy dining places nearby.
Good for solo travelling but i do not think i Will be visiting this again.'

'Arrived on Sunday evening. Had been held up at an engagement but had a table booked during my journey for 20.45. Arrived at the pub/reception at 20.53 (booking line stated I had a 15 minute grace period). Told rather rudely that the kitchen had closed ages ago. I pointed out that I'd booked a table for 20.45 to which the reply was 'well it's now 20.53'. I stated that the booking said there was a 15 minute grace period and I had been stuck in traffic during my 2 hours drive, so couldn't help...

'A basic hotel with simple rooms. The fourth bed in our room was noticeably shorter, so my 13-year-old child didn’t quite fit. That said, the restaurant was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly. And although the rooms were quite basic, they still met all our needs.'

'Staff were great, room was clean/cleaned everyday with new towels and bed made. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer all available. The location is absolutely what makes this hotel. Really close to 2 central stations, amazing restaurants, the park and Notting Hill. However, the walls were quite thin, so a lot of noise from very early in the morning, and the bed was quite small for a double. Would 100% stay here again!!'

Enkele gezellige kamers boven een pub in een klein dorpje niet al te ver van Dover. De pub serveert heerlijk pub food in een gezellig interieur. Perfect om een nachtje door te brengen en de dag te starten met een "full English".
