'Air conditioning was great and shower was always hot. It’s not your luxury hotel experience but for the location in town and the price it’s a phenomenal choice for a vacation on St Thomas. Staff was incredibly nice and it was nice they provide pool and beach towels. The included breakfast isn’t very substantial and the only microwave is in the common area. 'Property was very nice and clean. It was a locked gate with security at all hours which felt very safe. Our room had no window. Staff allowed us breakfast our first day, then next day said we did not pay for it and could only have coffee. The next day, they told us we could not have any coffee. We were not given an option to pay extra for the breakfast through the expedia package (flight/stay/car). Staff hosted a personal party one day and did not allow us to use the pool or the kitchen...

'The room was gross. There was no hot water for showers. Breakfast was not ready by 7am so we could not eat because we had to get to airport. There is NO parking and barely any on the side street where they want you to park. Not a good choice to stay if you have a physically challenged person traveling there.
On another note Omar the desk clerk was AWESOME!! Very courtesy and helpful. He is the best asset at this inn. He made the stay bearable. Thank you Omar!!!!'

'La atención es buena, el desayuno también es bueno, el hotel está bien y en relación al precio está super bien, lo recomiendo, lo que sí hay como animalitos que salen del mueble en el baño y en la habitación!! Tipo cucarachas pequeñas. Y una noche falló el internet. '
