« The condo was nicely updated and it was clean. The extra fans really helped keep the room cool and comfortable so you don’t have to crank the AC, bc power is precious on the island . It’s small but has everything you need for a stay. The host was awesome to communicate with and check in was a breeze . They even created a binder portfolio of all the tips and tricks for the island. « This place was amazing right on the beach. It is nice it was away from the main section of 7 mile beach so they're not a lot of people walking in front of the beach but mainly just guests that were staying there which made it like you had a secluded beach. John was an fantastic host keeping in constant communication and very accommodating with our needs. Would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again forsure! »

« Good communication. Beach is a 6 minute walk, not bad but not as close as described. This is the first building at the top of the hill so a little rough for those not in shape. Room had everything you need from beach stuff to condiments. Great price to be close to sapphire beach! »

« Beautiful place right on the ocean. Excellent location right by El Yunque, beaches, and restaurants. Can't beat the price for such an awesome place. The property managers were super responsive and very helpful with recommendations. Check in was very smooth and we didn't have to meet anyone which has been the case at some of the VRBO's we have stayed at.
