'Man this place was cool, staff was awesome too, great view definitely a little hike up a hill but it’s not far from the station and the surrounding area is so beautiful it didn’t even matter, super close to that waterfall walkway thing which is awesome, it’s just a great area loved it, and the bathtub was awesome, I definitely wore my kimono wrong but the staff was so nice reguardless made me feel very nice. and the japanese experience is REAL here aswell'

'母の１ヶ月遅れの誕生日のお祝いで宿泊しました。母の歳が、父がちょうど亡くなった歳でもあり、色々の思いがありこちらを予約しました。予約の確認の問い合わせをした時に、返信で何の記念日ですか？と問いがありそれに返信した所、当日、母へサプライズのメッセージと贈り物まで頂きました。母も感動して何度も涙しておりました。本当に心のこもったおもてなしに感謝です。チェックアウトの時も、スタッフの方から母の誕生日お祝いの言葉も重ねて頂き、帰るまで感動して私も涙が止まりませんでした。とても心温まるスタッフ皆様の対応に、感謝しきれないです。こちらのホテルを選んで間違い無かったと、また来たいと思いました。 お風呂もお食事もお部屋も清潔で申し分ない素敵なお宿でした。ありがとうございました。'
