« The traditional style of the building made for a very cool stay, the room was nice and felt spacious and the beds were comfortable to sleep on as well. I also loved the plants and neighborhood that surrounded the ryokan too. All made for a very comforting stay. »

« Front desk staff were polite but slightl indifferent, with the exception of one very kind staff member- Tang. She was vmvery attentive and kind. The 7th floor spa and the restaurant's staff were the reason why I gave this place 5 stars instead of 4. The entire restaurant staff made my stay delightful and warm. The food was simply but delightful. And there was one memorable elderly Japanese woman who made me feel just at home with her smiles and energetic conversation- despite not understanding...

« Amazing value that includes top notch, and private, hot springs baths, and a delicious healthy japanese breakfast. The location is not the most convenient and be very careful going in and out of the parking area, it is a blind exit and cars are driving by quickly. »
