'I enjoyed my stay here. Very clean and friendly staff who spoke English. They also had a machine to exchange money in the lobby which was convenient. Conveniently located near public transportation but also easy to find if using uber. They had a 24/7 bar and breakfast available. The area was very safe and quiet with plenty of dining options nearby as well as a 7/11 1 min walk away. No complaints. Would stay here again. '

'We loved our traditional Japanese room very much! The room is beautifully setup and huge enough for 5 of us (2 adults with 3 teenagers). The staff in the reception showed us the genuine Japanese kindness and greetings. The location is great, very near to a metro station with 2 colour lines and a little bit more walking to another 3 colour lines. Super convenient, lotsa eateries on the street of the hotel. 'Although the rooms are small they are luxurious and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. Didn't use the Sauna since it is only for men and I didn't want my girlfriend to feel left behind. Wish it was for all genders but that is their policy and I respect that, it's not Europe. ' Very nice economical hotel. The robots at check in are fun. We literally interacted with no humans or staff during our 3 nights which is why I didn't rate the service. The rooms were small but very clean and had all the amenities needed. I was impressed with the hotel.
