'If you’re looking for a spot nearby Tokyo Station as you arrive or before leaving Japan this is your spot. The best part is the staff’s willingness to help you with anything you need. The only opportunity is how difficult it is to find the entrance to enter the lobby. There are signs but it isn’t the clearest path. Nonetheless if I find myself in a scenario again where I need lodging nearby the station I will definitely stay here. '

'A good high-class hotel. Helpful and very polite staff. Hanzomon Metro is around the corner and it is a very accessible metro station to start exploring Tokyo. They have multiple smoking areas. Only downside is that the beds are very hard. Unfortunately the staff wasn't able to help me with that. Despite that, I would surely be booking this hotel again! 9/10!'

'Great service, hospitality, cleanliness, spacious room, excellent breakfast. They sell Tokyo subway daytrip cards, handy to borrow, one bottle of water per guest per day. Be sure to take the A-exit of the Akadake-Mitsuke station. To my opinion a 4-star hotel, thank you for your service.'
