The hotel has a nice aesthetic and is well located in a great part of Tokyo. The area is vibrant, safe, clean, and surrounded by excellent food options.
Staff overall were pleasant, though I did have one interaction at the front desk that came across a bit rude. Nothing major, but noticeable.
Rooms are extremely small. This is very much a micro-room setup with little to no space to relax. It works for a single traveler, but I would not recommend it for couples or anyone traveling with family.
One odd point was the policy on room keys. If you misplace one, they charge you for a replacement. That’s not something you typically see at this level of hotel globally.
The breakfast is not worth the extra cost. It closes at 10:00 AM and feels rushed, with staff pushing guests out right at closing.
The air conditioning was inconsistent and never really functioned properly during my stay, which impacted overall comfort.
Overall, I had an average stay. The location is the biggest positive, but given the room size, amenities, and overall experience, I would not return.
