'Easy check in check out with polite and friendly multilingual staff. Getting around is nice and easy due to proximity to train station, also plenty to do in the local area. Only downside to this particular APA Hotel is the lack of laundry/dryer room and it only has 1 lift. Eco-friendly room service is a nice option. Had a nice stay, value for money, would recommend.'

'First off, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and close to essential tourist subways. Excellent coffee served there. Only two negatives was, checks ins could be anytime of the day or night. Which really left me exhausted the night before leaving japan and on other days. . And a problem I noted in a previous hostel, pillows can't be washed so previous sweat stains evident from previous guests, when you sweat, the smell is released. So sorry as the place was great. '

'Very conviently located, close to ueno station and ameyoko market, on a busy street but the noise was okay (we had a room that was not facing the busy street though). Free breakfast included but dont expect much, only bread/pastries, we stayed for two night so it was okay but for a longer stay i would recommend to buy your own breakfast.
