'The staff at the desk were extremely friendly! They escorted me to my room when I checked in. Within walking distance to the Imperial palace and gardens. Close to the train station. 'Great location, two streets over from the Station and turn right. Easy check in and friendly staff. The room was small by European standards, with little space for luggage, but we managed well enough. Nice bathroom with all the amenities and spotlessly clean, as was the room. Bed was a bit firm but we got used to it. You can have a breakfast buffet at the hotel, but we preferred to find somewhere in the station area, where there are a myriad of eateries of all tastes. A nice touch was a free bar...

'First off, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and close to essential tourist subways. Excellent coffee served there. Only two negatives was, checks ins could be anytime of the day or night. Which really left me exhausted the night before leaving japan and on other days. . And a problem I noted in a previous hostel, pillows can't be washed so previous sweat stains evident from previous guests, when you sweat, the smell is released. So sorry as the place was great. '

'A good high-class hotel. Helpful and very polite staff. Hanzomon Metro is around the corner and it is a very accessible metro station to start exploring Tokyo. They have multiple smoking areas. Only downside is that the beds are very hard. Unfortunately the staff wasn't able to help me with that. Despite that, I would surely be booking this hotel again! 9/10!'
