Ryokans in Hakone

'- perfect room - very nice staff - beautiful interior - outstanding catering (half pension)'

'Goede bedden, ruime kamers, heerlijk ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, fijne onsem, goed gelegen...'

'It is very hard to catch taxi from this property due to everyone trying to get out at the same time but it’s walkable down the hill not recommending it with elders stuff we’re great'

'Ontzettend vriendelijke gastgevers.

'clean, comfortable traditional Japanese Ryokan. No english spoken but kind and capable staff. low ceilings. beautiful serene escape in the middle of the city. food was amazing, beautiful, tasty (not always identifiable, but very traditional) and plentiful. would love to go back. '

'The staff here were so friendly and helpful. They really made you feel welcomed and helped you settle in. The property is beautiful, a classic traditional Japanese style ryokan and they provide slippers and robes as well. It was a very enjoyable stay for us. Even given the 15-20minute walk from the train station, you’re surrounded by beautiful nature and architecture, so it doesn’t feel very far at all. Our room had a private onsen which was fantastic, definitely a highlight! We recommend...

'An amazing experience from start to finish! The location is fantastic—just a five-minute walk from the train station and main street—with a beautiful river view. The facilities and amenities are exceptionally well maintained and clean. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it for families, honeymoons, anniversaries, and more. It’s truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience!'

'Excellent traditional onsen food (10 courses for dinner and breakfast), excellent staff (one even printed us a map of hiking trails when asked about hiking in the area). The rooms are luxurious, especially the open air private onsen on the balcony. The bathhouses have lovely pools and saunas. A relaxing time, you are sure to feel pampered. Made our honeymoon feel extra special!'

'Good 1 night stay ,best english speaking staff (manager)in my whole trip helpful and give detailed check in info ,also station pick up with very short notice .Thanks'

'This is a big Ryokan, so less charm then a smaller ryokan. Everything was well organised, onsens are really beautiful, rooms are traditional. Late check-in. Dinner and breakfast were OK, but were not exceptional or really high quality as we read in some reviews.'
