'It has a great location along the river in Arishyama. It is close to shops and restesturaunts as well. It offers traditional style Japanese rooms and some fantastic traditional dining as well. We asked for a change to our accommodations and staff were very willing to accommodate. Over all would recommend this hotel.'

'スタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです！サービスで焼き芋を頂きました。久しぶりに本物の焼き芋を頂きました。美味しかったのです。私は手首を負傷しており、ずっと調子が悪かったのですが、温泉に浸かった効果なのか、手首の痛みがなおりました！！これには感動しました。 朝食のバイキングもSNSで見た通りとても豪華で美味しかったです(^^) 子供達も気に入っており、また行きたいと言っていました。お部屋にゲームボーイがあったり、ドリンクバーも利用でき、喜んでいました。 全体的にお風呂とお部屋の掃除が行き届いていないと思いましたので、マイナス1とさせて頂きますが、また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。 '

'Overall, the property was clean and well maintained, though the hallways felt a bit dated. The stay itself was comfortable, but communication could have been improved. I had clearly requested a half board plan with both dinner and breakfast, but only dinner was booked. While they did confirm dinner in their message, I wish the breakfast portion had been addressed more clearly to avoid any confusion. It may have been a language barrier, but better clarification would have helped.'

'Prima voor 1 of 2 nachten. Wij missen de ruimte om vrij buiten de Ryokan te wandelen. Dat is door de weg waaraan het is gelegen niet mogelijk. Wel is er een shuttle bus die op vaste tijden van en naar het centrum van Nara gaat. Verder zou ik iedereen aanraden die geen ervaring heeft met een Ryokan je te verdiepen in een dergelijk verblijf met alle gebruiken. Maaltijden heerlijk, uitgebreid en veel. Avondtour naar de top van de berg was prachtig.'

'Very convenient location to everything you’d want to see in Nara. Deer were literally outside our door as we walked out of the lobby. Viral restaurants and hotspots were down the street yet the area was still quiet enough to get good sleep. The room itself was very basic and needed more furnishing for my taste but it was clean and traditional. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
