I love the location right next to Train Station and restaurants and convenience stores. The laundry machines are amazing and so convenient. I highly recommend Hotel Hanshin Annex Osaka! I would definitely stay here when I visit Osaka again. '

'Disappointed about the cleanliness on checkin, front staff was in general impatient and it came no where near the Japanse hospitality im used to. The remark that the roomcleaning would be free, was odd… as if that would of been up to me. There wasnt even an apology for the inconvenience. The cleaning would be done between 14/17;00 and they came after that time. You would think it be a little more priority tho. The rest of the stay was good, good location.'
