'Great value for money. 3 rooms on 2nd floor and 1st floor is common area with toliet, shower, kitchen, refrigerator.
Traditional Japanese style room. Room is simple with matress, small ground table, A/C. Not much soundproof.
No elevator & need to use stiff stairs. Host seems living in 1st floor. Use key to open/close room.
Place is located on the side of small car road, not inside. Search '清舎' on google map.'

'What a fantastic find - this is a beautiful modern, but traditional style apartment. Excellent location, with easy walking access to beach and cafes & bars. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Nice powerful shower too!
The host was great, with excellent communication.
Superb overall. Would highly recommend 10/10'

'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing!
But here are con's:
- place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples.
- I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range
Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price.
By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'Conveniently located near many of the local Namba sites and, crucially, a local Life supermarket. Room was spotless, equipped with a reasonably sized mini fridge/freezer combo as well as hot plate and pans/bowls/cutlery.
Loved the bathroom with a deep tub for soaking after a long day of walking and the washing machine made light work with <20 minute wash cycles. You can also request a small travel ironing board and cordless iron at the front desk!
