'I probably wouldn't stay here again just because of the location. I was coming via Shinkansen, so it's going to be train ride into downtown anyway, but this was a bit further than I was expecting. Possibly this is because I ended up on the subway at rush hour with a carriage half full of tourists standing around the doors. Please, move into the train for the love of god...
The staff were incredibly good, even by Japan standards. The restaurant feels more like a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was...

We zouden volgende keer weer gaan. '

'We stayed in a loft suite as a family of three and it was very comfortable and spacious. Good view of skyline and lots of light in the room. Apart from that I felt that the hotel lacks service and warmth. They try hard to be a cool place that offers live music on the lobby but everything feels cold (also literally, air conditioning in lobby/bar is so cold that makes it an uninviting). Bar is only open from 5 to 8 in the evening. Staff seems very friendly but not really service oriented. This was...

'It is really hard to go wrong with the Ritz..
The hotel is situated with a walking distance to Osaka station. However, you do need to travel by train or taxi to Shin-Osaka Station. The rooms were large and very clean to our satisfaction. The staff was extremely attentive to every request we had. Breakfast - was rich and offered large variety of dishes. All in all, highly recommended.'

'Fantastic. Felt more like a 4 star hotel. Location is excellent, being extremely close to Osaka Station and airport limousine station being close as well. Love the amenities, staff were kind, and room itself was clean. Only slight issue i had was the ac remote was not easy to use, with instructions only in japanese when using the qr code. Of course. i understand that being in Japan, not everything will be in english, but just a suggestion and maybe provide instructions in other languages....
