'本町駅すぐで、どこへ行くにも便利な立地。御堂筋線側から地下を歩くとちょっとかかるかな...チェックイン時のスタッフさんの対応もとても良く、他の口コミで気になっていたお掃除の感じも別に気になりませんでした。コンビニもカフェ系も近くにあるし、作業用デスクも広く、お仕事するのにとても快適でした。'

'Modern hotel in a good location (relatively quiet, close to metro station). Decent breakfast buffet, comfortable futon beds, room size just sufficient with 2 young kids (the bathroom was especially small). Only two elevators for 17 floors and no stairs. The staff was not helpful with luggage forwarding (no advance payment was possible and they refused to call our next hotel to enquire about delivery and payment options).'

'Great location close to the Hommachi station which connects to multiple lines, easy to travel around Osaka and 50 mins to Nara Park. The staff were very helpful we were able to send our luggage from the hotel to our hotel in Tokyo. The rooms were clean and there was enough space to have two luggages open in our room. The breakfast in the morning was also great, and there is a Family Mart right across the street. '

'The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The area is nearby dotonbori. The hotel is just a minute walk away. But the noisy area of dotonbori doesn't bother the hotel. Next time in Osaka, I will definitely be back here!'

'Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out.
