'The villa was great & met our needs! There are no better view’s available!! There was 9 of us in total & everyone had their own space! The owner (Dylan) attended the villa & gave us a run down of the property, the Do’s & Dont’s in Thailand & introduced us to the groundskeepers (who live onsite in their own quarters). 'Pros: Stunning view. You can see the bay and the town from a distance from all of the room and the roof top. Roof top have lots of space incase you want to dry your laundry. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Both of the bedroom have their own bathroom. Peaceful and quite neighborhood. Cons: Location, it is a bit far from town of Patong. It costs roughly 3000 - 4000 bahts to travel to town. It is also far from any beach. There is no direct way to get to the beach and it is not walkable...

'Ideal and perfect villa, expectations more than completely forfilled! Super de luxe villa, perfect host Ric, Non and son. Ideal location: 5 minutes from busy Patong Beach and yet quiet area, with supermarket (24/7) on 200 meters away. Host Ric gives you great tips, never imposes and is only a 'whatsup' away. 'The place is beautiful. The rooms are very grand, the pool area is great and the views breathtaking. The staff were lovely. They took care of all our needs. I took my family of 8 to Phuket for two weeks and we all loved it. The only draw back is that to get to the road there is a steep climb. However,whenever Bier was around, he would take us up to the top in his truck. Otherwise I would highly recommend this holiday villa.'

'地點雖離芭東不遠，但都稍為偏遠，不能步行前往。出入要叫車/自駕（大斜路，人多坐篤篤不夠力上） 地方大，有五間房（每間房都有洗手間），泳池清潔度可以接受，有包早餐。 第一天到埗時房東說可以代向餐廳外賣訂餐，但訂餐後三小時都沒送到，期間曾查詢獲回覆「on the way」 但最後也是沒送到來，並再三查問後才發現原來該店是日休息，這樣一開始印象分真的扣了很多。 有一天房間所有水喉都沒有水，不過向房東求助後，十分鐘內很快就得到協助，沒有不良感覺。 行程前預先向房東預訂一晚BBQ晚餐，食物很好，份量很充足，這樣確實是挽回不小分數。 總結：價錢不算貴，設施及服務算是達到合理水平，但合理地亦有改善空間，一試無妨。'

'We were a group of 5 adults and stayed at the property for a week in February 2023. Things to consider, the hill the property is on is VERY steep and all of the activities we booked we had to walk up the hill to meet our rides, they would not come down to the property for pick-up, which was not mentioned in the listing. If we were not all in good health I am afraid we would of been stuck at the house. The property has recruited a wonderful driver that would come to the garage but he was not...
