'This property made for a nice three night stay. Vivian the hotel manager was very kind to us during our stay. The rooms were very modern and I absolutely loved the pool. '

The owner and staff were super helpful with everything we needed from tips on what to see and where to go to providing more practical information on customs, airport and flying times. They really went above and beyond to ensure a maximum holiday experience. Super value for money!'

'I stayed in the bliss for 5 nights as a solo traveller i felt very secure as i had a passkey to get in an security at night the apartment was spotless and a lovely big balcony i even had a washing machine i had a problem with air conditioning and it was done same day beautiful rooftop pool which i was in one night at 9 o clock wish my stay had been longer one of the best if not the best just couldnt find a fault hope to come back to patong and this is where I'll stay thank you'

'I like the general area and the amenities offered at The Baycliff Residence however there is a large difference in room quality and we stayed in an older front area this time but I will and suggest to go back to the rear next time. '

'Luxury apartment but it could definitely be better maintained. Many things are in disrepair. You also do not get housekeeping and the apartment was dirty when we arrived. We had to clean it ourselves. There is a washing machine which is nice and the access to the beach is a plus!'

'Nice condo, except when booked didn’t realize wasn’t associated with hotel and was charged an exorbitant fee for electricity. 7 baht a kw, the average is around 3-4. '

'Group of 8 20 year olds stayed here for 6 nights with 6 rooms. The rooms were extremely clean and cleaned again every day. Our stay felt very secure and we were able to come and ago as we pleased. There was some confusement with payment as we payed/booked through hotels.com and there was a delay with Dydi receiving this money. However the whole situation was dealt with calmly and smoothly. The 7/11 across the road was great and the area has many little restaurants to eat at. Would definitely...

'The room was gorgeous and spacious with a huge terrace over looking the beach. Some communal areas upstairs were a bit worn and untidy but the restauyrabt downstairs was also beautiful. The only downside to our stay was the AC was broken. The hotel went out of their way to try to fix it but two nights we slept with extra fans as the AC was beyond repair. It was unbearably humid! The staff were very apologetic and did atheu could. '

'Stayed in a Deluxe room with Balcony for 8 nights. Good size room with large bed and safe but limited number of clothes hangers for two people. Issues with aroma from bathroom and water not hot but good pressure. Enjoyed a pleasant break in a good location which was surprisingly quiet considering the numerous hotels located in the Soi. Small swimming pool on the roof. 1.3 metres depth with towels available from reception. '
