'Dijeron 2 habitaciones con aire acondicionado y solo tenia 1. Nos tuvieron que facilitar una camita de agua para la salita pero sin aire acondicionado. Esto no los informaron luego de ellos aceptar la reserva y hacerce efectivo el pago, pero ya no teniamos otra opcion. '

'Our stay, although short, was very nice at Castillo Romano. Theo and Morena made sure to welcome me and my family with open arms. Morena is an amazing cook and very friendly. Don Theo is the best! He helped us with anything we needed in the house and even gave us good advise for our trip to El Salto Del Limón. The castle is well kept and has amazing views. If ever back in the Terrenas with my huge family, I’ll be sure to book again!'

'Comenzamos mal puesto que alquilamos la villa por tener 6 habitaciones y a la hora de llegada solo tenían a disposición 5, algunas de las habitaciones ni le funcionó el agua caliente, tienen un personal de seguridad que debe aparecer solo si sucede algo, no en las mañanas caminar por la piscina a recoger basura que nisiquiera se le ha indicado que es basura... Ah y las luces de a piscina estan programada a prenderse a las 7:30 pm y se apagan a las 12:00 am, 7:30 pm es de noche ya, esperar tanto...
