'would advise caution before booking this resort. Although the property looks attractive and initially creates a positive impression, our overall experience was disappointing.
The main issues concerned hygiene, food quality, maintenance, and customer service. The buffet restaurant often lacked cleanliness, with dirty plates, animals roaming around the dining area, and food that was frequently served at incorrect temperatures or appeared stale. This was well below the standard we expected from a...

'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad.

'Overall the property is beautiful especially the new side. The restaurants at the bavaro are all very avarage, the main buffet is a disaster with cold food, long cue’s. The theater has no ac so very hot and the shows start at 10 who invented that has clearly no kids.
Beach not special, most people not friendly. We were glad to have unique otherwise we would have checked out earlier. The unique beachclub is only everyday the same food and long cue’s for the grill station. Every waiting for 15 to...

'I checked into the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana today, October 30, and the experience was unacceptable. Mercedes at the front desk was cold and passive-aggressive from the start: sighing, short answers, and a tone that made it clear I was an inconvenience for asking basic questions.
Then she gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. I opened the door to someone else's belongings. It was embarrassing for me, alarming for the other guest, and a serious security failure. At a...
