Food was horrible. Very limited options. Staff were not so friendly. My check out experience was the worse ever. The resort called me a day before my travel. And told me to be at the lobby by 2pm. Cos that’s when the airport transfer that I had paid for would arrive. I arrived at the lobby before 2pm. Waited until 2:10. Only to be told that my car had arrived at 1:00pm, waited for 45mins and left. None of the hotel staff could call my room to inform me that there was a change in pickup schedule and that my car had arrived earlier than expected. The lady at the reception was so nonchalant about it. I ended paying extra for a taxi, just so I could get to the airport. But missed my flight.
