'Not an overwhelming resort - more like a cozy family feel. Staff were extremely friendly, respectful and courteous. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Food was excellent and the entertainment was enjoyable. Beach and pool were both outstanding - this was our second stay at the Hyatt Ziva, and we are definitely going back for a third time.'

'I’m currently on my flight back home from my trip and honestly was very sad to leave today. I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Cap Cana- stayed from 1/19-1/23/26. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is truly wonderful - they are truly courteous and attentive. I know some reviews mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower but that issue seems to be fixed - there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great. I would say the only thing I think they would could...

'Outstanding facilities and staff! Felt very safe and clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful with plenty of beach chairs, all the restaurants were awesome, with free shuttle service to offsite locations. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation!'

'This is a hidden GEM! Beautiful atmosphere with zen vibes. The hosts were kind, welcoming and helpful. The room basic but very clean and well appointed. The FREE breakfast was amazing. The biggest challenge was getting there using an airport taxi. Have Mapquest available to help them! I highly recommend !'

The restaurant was not open when we arrived so he ordered us a pizza which he delivered to our room and helped with getting a taxi the next day. There was a fair amount of street noise during the night, but for the price it is great for one night.'
