Overall we had a good time staying in Adults only part of the resort. But a few things make us wonder if we'd come back again.
Beach is perfect.
Food and drinks good
Service is bad.
Room was terrible.
Beach; best beach with the white sand, clean, plenty lounge chairs under the palm shed. But they let locals use the beach in front of the resort. It would be OK for few people lay down on the send, but on weekend it become so crowded, I counted 104 people just turning my head around, including dozen of kids on adults only area, so it become impossible to stay on the beach. There are no signs to show that is a resort area, especially adults only area. I think a clear sign will help to maintain this issue.
Food was good quality and lots of option. Dinner at the restaurants requires reservation which going thru the customer service. Bar was surprisingly good this time. Bartenders were friendly, paid attention and made good drinks.
Room is outdated, in terrible condition; bathtub is leaking, water dripping from the ceiling, smells like pee, coffeemaker doesn't work. But A/C was good.
Service is terrible as well. No app, no online, everything is going through the phone with a zero result for calling more then dozen times for several days. Only way to fix the issue you have to go to the lobby customer service in person, stay in line, left a tip and then things started changing. For example. After got wet in the storm we found no towels in our room, it took 3 hours to get them.
