Hôtel près de Plage de Bávaro (Punta Cana)

« We arrived late but were still able to check in without any issues, even though we were advised that check-in after 4 PM would be self-check-in. The complex is secure, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and living spaces were all clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. The only thing I would have preferred was having the towels changed every two days. The listing states that towels are...

« The hotel is a beautiful property and it was excellent you can also use the facilities of the Lopesan Grand Bavaro. Although this other property is a very traditional Punta Cana Resort, the beach and the vibe was amazing. The Staff at the Caoba Lagoon / Serenity / Splash were not too friendly. Many employees seem to be unhappy or overworked although nobody said this specifically, this is my assumption. There were a few very nice and helpful staff members. The pools were clean and well maintained...

« The food »

« l've been to many resorts and this is on my Top 3! A resort that you can wake up to a different experience each day and not get bored! You come across so many "Wow" factors throughout the premises. A Min 3 nights is so needed, trust me I'm one to get bored after 2 days but I could have stayed an extra day. Rain or shine, still had a great time celebrating my friend Birthday! Thanh you To improve: Bring options of premium drinks alcohol even if extra prices needed »

« First of all massive thanks to Hanor the local rep at the site . He could not do enough for us. Even on his days off he was checking all was ok. Help organise trips and fair prices, sorted shopping when we needed it and always greeted us with a smile. In fact all the staff were great Place is definitely value for money with good size rooms and own bath rooms. Air con was excellent and the apartment had all the equipment for home cooking. Beach is lovely, although, just like most of Bravaro...

« We can recommend this resort! Good service and good price. »
