'The staff was a pleasure to meet very kind and helpful!'

'Het personeel is kundig en vriendelijk. Het appartement was zials verwacht. Voldeed aan de verwachting. Goede ligging '

'We recently stayed at Serenade Caribe Club Punta Cana and overall had a very enjoyable vacation. The resort itself is beautiful, with spacious, modern, and comfortable rooms that exceeded our expectations. The staff throughout the property were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The amenities were excellent, and there was plenty to do for both families and couples. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area. The pools were large, well maintained, and never felt...

'Very nice staff and nearby the Airport '

'Prima ontbijtbuffet. '

'Great property, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. It has the necessary amenities, restaurant on site (room service available), so all in all a very good hotel for a greta price. Location is also good.'

'Everything was fine, we would go back. Only thing is, that air conditioning has moldy smell as rooms also stink to mold. We had to change multiple rooms. But staff was very helpful in that.'

'We expected more from this stay of 1 night. The lady at the reception,Genesis, was very friendlyOur room was room 1305. There's a gap under the door so you can here noise from the corridor very well..We got a free bottle of cava and a platter of fruits!Unfortunately the cava was not cold and the mini-bar was not working well... The toilet was leaking,we found the bathroom very small. We did not like the bed,the frame was bigger than the mattress. So getting out of the bed is not...
