'From the point of arrival, we’ve been welcomed as if we were family. The staff member Lenny upon arrival was fantastic to introduce us to the resort and give us a nice tutorial of the area and giving us great insight about our room and what was included with our package, to also always being so pleasant to speak with when running into at times during our stay. 'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'
