'Room was nice, plenty of space for two adults two teens without getting a big suite. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We did have trouble with our bracelets getting into room the first night but after that no issues. Pool and beach seats do fill up fast, going out early to snag a seat seemed to be the norm, after first day we would go out early and then have breakfast at Panama or isla market right near pools. Also we sat in the sand one day as we didn’t see any chairs, within 5 minutes...

'The facilities are great, the rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day. The food is also great, with options for kids. My son enjoyed the pool and the attractions, the green areas to walk around. We definitely will come back.'

'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'
