'There was a huge lack of communication on check in. No direction or assistance on getting to the room. Dinner reservations would not work properly on the royaltan app (once we were told how to even make reservations). A concierge assisted the first few days with reservations after seeking help but when I declined to do the promotional meeting they would no longer assist. 'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'
