' This is a scam. I callled the owner the day before to agree a meeting time, which we agreed. When I called the next day to say I would be 30 mins late , he said he’d never heard of me and that I had no booking ( I had full documentation of my booking and payment). He then said he was in Greece and could not help. He put the phone down, and refused to answer any more calls I was left homeless for 2 nights as a result. '

'we hebben 3 uur gezocht omdat google maps via expedia een andere locatie aangaf. iedereen onderweg wees ons naar de verkeerde plek. het adres was zeer onduidelijk, niemand had van die straat gehoord (hij bestond ook niet). net op het moment dat we het opgaven wist iemand toch wel waar de boot was en bracht ons erheen, helemaal achteraf op het water, wat we zelf nooit hadden gevonden, er stonden geen bordjes. het personeel was wat ongeinteresseerd, sprak slecht engels en begreep daarom niet...

'A unique accomodation, one truly has the feeling of being aboard a classy cruise or vintage passenger ship. When you are staying in the lower floor, you are literally staying below the water so it gives an extra special feeling of being aboard a ship. Amazing view of the Parlament. Only bad thing is that you can not open the windows as the room is below water level, but the room is ventilated at all times. Do not recommend if you are someone with a fear of water or the feeling of being on water...

'An interesting take on “bed and breakfast”, this “boat and breakfast” is a novel take on Venice but don’t expect hotel comfort! Cabins are very small and a bit damp - typical of a sailboat - but clean. Be sure to know exactly where you’re going - the marker on the Expedia map is not in the right place!'
