'The house is elegantly decorated and restored to perfection. A lot of time and resources was put into the restoration of this grade-A listed building. A must see when in Maidstone.'

'Great location, Buzz was very friendly and helpful. Room was great, bed huge but a bit too hard for us. Big bathroom too. Nice breakfast, no fry ups, nice to have something different for a change. Parked free outside but a fight for a space'

'When I arrived it said there was a reception at the rear. There was nothing but a locked door. I was lucky that there was a fellow guest who could let me in and ring the manager. When I got in the room it was unmade from the previous guest, the sheets where dirty, there were bedsheets in the washbasin, dirty towels on the bed, the two towels that were folded up and put in the wardrobe were stained. The duvet smelled of urine. All in all very dirty and you'd be better going somewhere clean.'

'De zaak was volledig volboekt, waardoor we een kamer kregen die eigenlijk niet geschikt was voor een koppel. Ook het bed was zeer slecht. De zaakvoerder was zo eerlijk om dat toe te geven en bood ons daarom het verblijf gratis aan, inclusief ontbijt! We hebben toch betaald. Van andere gasten hoorden we dat ze wel tevreden waren en geregeld terugkeren.'

'The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again...
