'location nice, rooms hot in summer. doors in halls of hotel need cleaning/paint, looking scruffy.
Staff in restaurant especially during breakfast inefficient. took more then 30m to get yoghurt served.... other tables with 6 guests were served 2 dishes each in meantime. waitress should identify better the customers i.e. business travel single person or 6 guests on holiday.
staff at night waiting behind bar, almost felt like they avoided contact with customer. If it weren't for the kind gentleman...

'Prijs kwaliteit verhouding een 10!
Kamer was okay, matras slecht, verder wel schoon. Lift was vies. ‘‘s nachts ging alarm af, dat was schrikken. Mooi uitzicht uit hotelraam. Goed ontbijt. Aardige mensen die het hotel runnen! Voelde me ook weer echt in Engeland!'
