'Have stayed here about three times. Friendly staff, easy check-in, safe area, and central location. No frills but clean and great location. Right across the street from the outlets and the flower fields. A lot of choices around for eating, from fast food to seafood. We enjoy the Windmill food court which is on the same property.... You can get some drinks and everything we've tried has been pretty good, a little pricey but nice atmosphere and good quality food. Quick drive to the ocean. '

'We’ve stayed two nights and asked the Front Desk for a ‘No Disturbing’ tag. We’re still waiting.. room was outdated, beds small and the incheck lady was not very friendly. We’ve stayed in Hilton Sacramento and that was a 10 experience, this one in San Francisco is a 1* facility. You’ve to pay $6,- for a coffee in the morning, not a outstanding breakfast included like Hilton Sacramento. Never again Parc 55 for us!'

'Op de kamer was de douche kapot. Bij ontvangst niet hartelijk ontvangen. Lange rijen voor alle service in het hotel en personeel die de taal niet spreekt. Housekeeping was wel erg goed. Hotel werdt ook gebruikt als toeristische attractie waardoor het soms moeilijk in en uit het hotel komen was. Geen persoonlijke service. '

'Uitstekend hotel. Locatie is zeer centraal. Met als traktatie de kabeltram voor de deur. Kamer was klein maar functioneel en ook schoon. Leuke bekomstigheid in de lobby was gratis thee, koffie, water, koekjes, appels en ‘s avonds zelfs popcorn. Zelf 1 dag de auto geparkeerd. Dit ging via het hotel en was op loopafstand (valet-parking). Hotel is zeker een aanrader. '

'There is nothing grand about this Hyatt. Walls are paperthin and I could hear every next door conversation. No minibar, no roomservice, no in house store to buy any water/beverage/snack in the evening. Breakfast is substandard at premium pricing. Water pressure on the 25th floor was zero, but good on the 12th floor. Multiple lights in room did not work.
