Location is fantastic! From Shinjuku station you can go anywhere with the subway or the bus.
Room is small, but perfect for a citytrip. Very clean.
Staff is helpfull and very friendly.
Morethan Bakery is perfect for a take-away breakfast.
We did enjoy the hotel bar & the tapas restaurant as well.

'Een prettig hotel dat erg centraal is gelegen. In 10 minuten loop je naar Shinjuku Station en je hebt de M metro op steenworp afstand. Kamer is wel erg krap, evenals de badkamer. Het ontbijt is wat beperkt maar smaakt verder prima. '

'De locatie van het hotel is prima! Erg leuke omgeving Shinjuku. Perfect als uitvalbasis voor de stad maar ook Shinjuku zelf is erg gezellig om te vertoeven.
De kamer was klein maar geriefelijk.. wel een beetje benauwd/warm in de kamer.
Verder wel schoon en netjes... erg vriendelijk personeel.'
'The hotel is located in a location with lots of hustle and bustle, food and entertainment for everyone. Don't let the red light district location fool you, it's extremely safe for all travelers. The staff is friendly, helpful and the hotel is super clean. Two thumbs up!'
'Kamer was klein maar fijn! Weinig kastruimte dus moesten 9 dagen uit de koffer leven wat jammer was! Waren met baby van 10 maanden op reis en helaas hadden ze geen babybedje! Maar er was genoeg plek voor het babytentje wat we mee hadden genomen! Baby in bad had niet gekunt want bed was vrij smal! Locatie van het hotel is top! Metro en supermarkt om de hoek, 5 minuten van piss alley en golden gai! Zeker weten aanrader als je zonder kind naar Tokyo gaat!'

"Truly fenomenal hotel! Amazing breakfast with good hours (seating until 10:00, to finish before 10:30). The shuttle service to Disney was great! The inhouse grocery market super practical. The room super clean, spacious and well equiped. The personnel super friendly! The inhouse luggage forwarding service fantastic! And the price super reasonable! I am sorry i didnt book more nights here for my family… I warmly recommend this place!!!"

The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked salmon, eggs etc. The hotel was close to a railway station which I could use with my Japan rail pass. It's in a quiet and safe area and when you look out of the window you are not going to see many neon signs or those typical Tokyo neon lit streets, but you are just a very short drive removed from Shinjuku station which provides more action. You get a personal terrace which I found great. I personally had the view of the park which was amazing. Personally I appreciated the quiet surrounding, but it's a matter of preference. I did not use the common pool but they have one. I did use the gym though. It is a nice clean gym. Putting some weights there would be a nice addition for those of us who like to work with weights instead of doing cardio. All in all, I would say 9/10. Thanks a lot. "
